These are all just common sense questions to ask to avoid getting sucked into a scam.  Be weary of so called cash paid surveys companies that ask a lot of personal questions immediately, including your bank account information.  For safety, if you do find a legit company, have them pay you through an online payment account like PayPal.  Use that account for your paid cash surveys and keep the balance low until you confirm they're legit.
